Policies

A 33 and 1/3 deposit is required at time of order (in some cases 50%). Deposits may be made with a personal check, cashier's check, money order, cash, certified check and credit cards. The balance is paid to the driver by cashier's check, money order or cash. NO CREDIT CARDS WILL BE TAKEN AT TIME OF DELIVERY. If you need to use a credit card for the balance please call us ahead of time to make the charge. On some orders using credit cards to pay the balance, there may be a small percentage added to cover the credit card use fee. All freight fees are collect charges that are paid directly to the freight driver in certified funds unless paid ahead. Shipments are delivered, placed and assembled in your home and the cartons are broken down. We guarantee the merchandise only as provided by the manufacturer. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.  If the furniture is damaged when delivered refuse the piece and make clear notes on the bill of lading stating what is wrong. Upon the next delivery, we will collect the furniture balance when the item is re-shipped upon receipt. You will not pay a second delivery fee on that item. Cancellations will only be accepted subject to the ability to cancel with the manufacturer. No cancellations accepted after the fabric is cut or merchandise is shipped from the manufacturer. Failure to accept any merchandise that can't be canceled will result in forfeit of the entire deposit. This order is accepted subject to the manufacturer's ability to produce and the transportation company to deliver. We are not responsible for delays or expeditions of either.


Tennessee sales tax is collected only on shipments that are made within Tennessee or when an out-of-state customer comes to our location in Johnson City to pick-up merchandise.


Furniture is not guaranteed to fit in your home. Please take the measurements to ensure it will fit. The furniture cannot be returned after ordered. You are responsible for determining that merchandise will fit through doorways, stairwells, corridors and elevators. Hoisting or other extraordinary measures are the complete responsibility of the customer. We only guarantee the quality of the furniture; we cannot guarantee the new furniture will match something in your home.
